Make sure it fits
Fits iPhone 15 Plus (A2847, A3093, A3094, A3096). To find yours, go to Settings > General > About and tap Model Number.
Good to know
- Settings will show the display as an "Unknown Part". The message doesn't affect your ability to use your iPhone. Apple says it might affect the phone's trade-in value.
- Apple says that with a display it didn't make, True Tone might not work correctly, maximum brightness might be lower, display color calibration might be incorrect, Multi-Touch might not respond on parts of the screen, and the battery might drain unintentionally.
- True Tone works on this screen only after your old screen's data is copied to it with a screen programmer, a tool repair shops use. Keep your old screen until then.
- By iFixit's guide, move the ambient light sensor from your old screen to the new one before you close the phone. The battery stays connected during this swap, so switch the phone off and use only plastic tools near the board. Plan on 1–2 hours, by iFixit's estimate.
