Test before you fit it

Connect the new screen to your phone, switch the phone on, and check the picture and touch across the whole screen before you fit it. If there's a problem, write to us and we'll offer a solution.

Returns within 7 days

You can return a screen within 7 days of the day your order arrives, as long as it hasn't been fitted and can be resold.

If the screen arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, we pay the return postage. For any other return, you pay it. We send you the return address when you write to us.

Write to us first at chenkunzhen@hotmail.com (we reply within one business day) with your order number.

A screen that doesn't work

A screen that doesn't work when you test it is covered by our 30-day limited warranty. See the warranty page.

Ordered the wrong screen?

Please check your model number before you order (Settings > General > About, then tap the part number next to Model Number). If you ordered the wrong screen and haven't fitted it, the 7-day return above applies.

Refunds

If you cancel an order before it ships, we refund your original payment method within seven working days. For a return, we refund the price of the screen within seven working days of receiving it back, and the original shipping cost too if the screen was faulty or we sent the wrong one.
