Shipping and duties

When your order ships

We ship within 24 hours of your order, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.

Orders ship from Guangzhou, China, by tracked international post. We ship to the United States and Mexico.

How long delivery takes

Delivery to the United States takes 5 to 8 business days with Standard shipping, or 3 to 5 business days with Express shipping. Every order is tracked.

If we can't ship in the time we stated, we'll tell you before that time passes, give you a new date, and let you cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within seven working days.

What shipping costs

US shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. On orders from $10 up to $35, Standard shipping costs $3.00 and Express shipping costs $20.00; you choose at checkout.

US import duty

US import duty is included in the price. The price you pay at checkout is the whole cost, and there's nothing to pay when the parcel arrives.

Lost and damaged parcels

• If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, write to us at chenkunzhen@hotmail.com, and we will send a new screen or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
• Every screen ships in a reinforced box. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo of the box and the screen within 7 days.

Mexico

Mexican import tax and duty are not included in the price, and may be charged when the parcel arrives.
