30-day limited warranty

This warranty is given by Guangzhou Maichuo Electronic Parts Co., Ltd., Room 512, No. 71 Yanjiang Xi Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510120, China.

What it covers, and for how long

Every screen we sell is covered for 30 days from the day your order arrives, for faults in the screen as it arrived.

Please note: iOS lists a display that isn't Apple's as an "Unknown Part", and Apple says True Tone might not work correctly with one.

Before you fit it

Please test the screen first: connect it to your phone, switch the phone on, and check the picture and touch across the whole screen. If anything looks wrong, write to us before you fit it, and we'll sort it out with you.

What we will do

Tell us about the fault and we'll offer a solution. A photo or short video of the fault is usually enough. If we need the screen back to check it, we'll tell you and pay the return postage. Then we send a replacement or refund the price.

How to claim

Write to chenkunzhen@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault.

Who may fit it

You may fit the screen yourself or use any repair shop. Using a particular installer is not a condition of this warranty.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It does not limit any implied warranty.
